Am I responsible for shipping costs to your warehouse?   

When you upload an item, the default within US ship cost is $10.00 (to be paid by the buyer) You can price this lower or higher dependent upon the actual cost. Otherwise, any shipping costs to our warehouse are paid by the seller.

How do I get paid?   

We offer 2 different methods of payment to you: Paypal and Credit Card . Just select your preferred method in your seller account profile under Financial.

What items are restricted from sale?   

You cannot sell any items that are illegal in the United States- child pornography* and items that cannot be shipped due to custom regulations. Agriculture, alcohol, lighters and cigarettes cannot be shipped. Please review custom regulations or drop us an email if you are in doubt!
*Doujinshi- any doujinshi with characters that are under age of 18; example: Pretty Sammy, Card Captor Sakura, etc., cannot be uploaded for sale.

Sharers- How much do I get paid and when do I get paid?   

You receive a $1 for each shared item that sells. When your shared amount reaches $50.00 USD, we will submit payment for your finds.

Can anyone sell on Rinkya Stores?   

We require you verify your account. You can verify your seller account by referring us to your current website, Etsy account, eBay account etc…

After I receive an order, how, where, who do I ship it to?   

If you are located in the US, you ship the item(s) to our US warehouse. If you are located outside the US, you will ship to our Japan warehouse. We take care of shipping it direct to the user who purchased it. You just deal with us! You are required to ship your item within 24 hours of receiving our payment.

Do I need to write/read Japanese to sell my items?   

No, Rinkya translates all your items for you!

Sellers- When do I get paid?   

We pay you when one of your items is ordered. It depends upon your chosen payment method how long the payment takes to reach you (Example: paypal- instant, Bank transfer- couple days)

Am I responsible for items that arrive damaged or become lost in mail?   

It is the seller’s responsibility to ensure the item arrives to our warehouse. Use safe methods of shipment, package items securely and insure them, particularly if delicate/expensive.
Rinkya is not responsible for any damage from the seller’s place of business to our warehouse. Once your item arrives at Rinkya’s warehouse, we assume responsibility of sending the item to the buyer safely.

What is the difference between selling & sharing items?   

As a seller, you actually have the merchandise- an eBay store, Etsy, your own website, etc. A sharer is anyone who shares a store link they think may be interesting for users to purchase.

Can anyone share on Rinkya Stores?   

Yes, bloggers, web surfers, anyone who finds an interesting item can upload the product link to our stores. You can create your own “store” and share any product you find. For an example check out our own store, we upload items we find & share from A Rinkya Blog!

How do I know when an item I shared sells?   

You can login to your account at anytime and check in your profile under Financial, here you will find your current amount of shared sales.
