How much is shipping to my country?   

Shipping charges vary dependent upon the item(s) you are purchasing. Contact us if you need an estimate!

What are the additional fees after item price?   

1) Japan Store fees- Shipping within Japan charges from the store
2) Rinkya fees- Our service fee- 800 yen base, plus 100 yen per 1000 after
3) International Shipment- shipping from Rinkya to you

I found an item at a Japan online store, but it is not on Rinkya Stores, can I still order it?

What is Rinkya Stores?   

Rinkya Stores is an online marketplace for Japanese goods. We purchase items from all over Japan on your behalf and ship them to you. Check out our About Us page for more info!

I have been looking for a DREAM item from Japan forever, can you help?   

We can try! Post it in our Rinkya Wanted and we will scour the web looking for you!
So far, we have a high success rate of finding your dream item!

How long does it take for my stores item to arrive?   

Store orders typically arrive to our JP warehouse in less than a week**. Shipping from Rinkya to you via FedEx or EMS takes only 3-7 days! You will receive an email when your item arrives at our warehouse.
**Preorders will have the release date/expected arrival time in the item description.

What does this mean on my invoice and checkout- *Please Note: Shipping to your home country is charged once your item has arrived to our warehouse and you request shipment.   

Due to the variety of items available on Rinkya Stores and that we purchase items from a variety of online stores, we are unaware of final ship costs until the items arrive at our warehouse. Shipping from Rinkya to you is NOT included in your initial payment.

Is payment due at time of preorder?   

Yes, payment for a preorder is due at the time you place your order, as most companies provide us to make payment when we place an order. Preorders cannot be cancelled.

Can I cancel my order?   

Unfortunately, for the most part, no. We order from other Japan stores on your behalf-all stores have different return policies (or none at all). If we can proceed with a cancellation, shipping charges within Japan both ways will be charged to your account and a restocking fee (15% of item cost).

I use Rinkya’s auction service, can I combine shipping?   

Yes, Rinkya can combine all your auction and store purchases in one shipment to save on international ship costs. Combining items is typically much cheaper for shipment and we highly recommend it!

What if the Japan store is out of stock of my item?   

If for any reason Rinkya cannot complete the purchase on your behalf, you will receive a full refund.

Do you combine fees on same Japan store purchases?   

If your items are from the same online Japan store, we combine shipping within Japan and only one base fee is charged, no matter how many items are ordered. We combine all items (and Rinkya auction items!) for shipping from Rinkya to you.

How do I know an item is from the same Japan store?   

Rinkya will show you in your shopcart how you can save by ordering more items from one store!!
